Our Founder and CEO
Jacquelyn Redmond, Esq.
Jacquelyn Redmond Esq., is committed to empowering businesses to transform from surviving to thriving. She is equipped with the requisite expertise in executive operations, business management, and working in GovCon and DoD industries.
Jacquelyn is an entrepreneur herself, as well as a lawyer, with over a decade in business and strategic leadership. She founded a law firm in Boston growing it by 500% within the first three years. Through strategic operational enhancements and profit margin optimization, she positioned the business operations as a valuable entity, which she then sold, separately from its books of business, in the fifth year.
She is well versed in GovCon and DoD industries. She has built an extensive network of DoD industry professionals whom she is honored to support, learning from, and collaborating with. She is an active member of the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) and Women in Defense (WID) organizations, participating in monthly meetings for both. She has had the privilege of working with the United States Department of Defense and various branches within it including the Air Force, Army, Navy, and USSOCOM.
A proud mother of three, Jacquelyn believes in the transformative power of leadership within her family and the broader community. She has learned a lot over her fifteen plus years as a professional and is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs succeed.
Education
Jacquelyn credits a lot of her discipline and work ethic to her dance training as a young girl. She graduated high school with a major in dance from the North Carolina School of the Arts. She then continued with a Bachelor of Arts in cultural anthropology from Emory University and culminated in a Juris Doctorate from FSU College of Law.
Background
Prior to her role at Arc Consulting, Jacquelyn founded J. Redmond Law, PC, a distinguished law firm in Boston specializing in real estate conveyancing and estate planning. She was an active member of the Boston Bar Association and shared her expertise by teaching contract drafting at New England School of Law.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jacquelyn is deeply committed to advocating for children which she has done since college in various capacities. She continues to champion children’s rights as a Board Member for Learning Empowered in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Jacquelyn’s exceptional legal acumen and dedication to her clients earned her recognition as one of the Top Women in Law in Boston from 2014 to 2018 and as a Rising Star through Super Lawyers during the same period.
Jacquelyn was most recently named one of Marquis Who’s Who for her exceptional achievements and contributions to the fields of law and business in 2024.
Business Intern
Vania Pina
Vania Pina is a dynamic and dedicated individual with a strong academic background and a proven track record of service in the United States Army. Presently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program majoring in Criminal Justice at Salem State University, Vania seamlessly integrates her academic endeavors with the extensive real-world expertise she has acquired during her six-year tenure in the military.
Vania’s commitment to service is evident in her extensive experience with the United States Army, where she served as a Patient Administration Specialist. In this role, she not only provided vital health services to underserved communities but also played a crucial part in the DoD’s response to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear incidents. Her ability to adapt to dynamic environments and remain vigilant in the face of unexpected challenges underscores her resilience and dedication to duty.
Vania has demonstrated academic excellence while engaging in coursework as well as interning at the Suffolk Court Probation Department. During her internship, Vania gained valuable insights into case management and probationary processes. She exhibited a strong attention to detail and demonstrated a collaborative spirit in addressing violations and implementing appropriate measures.
Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Vania has been actively involved in community initiatives aimed at youth empowerment and social advocacy. As a Program Assistant at My Life My Choice, she worked tirelessly to empower young women and raise awareness about exploitation. Her contributions ranged from co-writing educational materials and scripts to advocating for policy concerns at the state level.
With her unique blend of academic excellence, military service, and commitment to community service, Vania is poised to make meaningful contributions to Arc Consulting’s mission of assisting entrepreneurs in the defense industry. Her diverse skill set, coupled with her unwavering dedication to service, makes her a valuable asset to any team.
